This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Onetap Business OS.
Paid trial (₹99)
The 7-day trial is a ₹99 paid trial that grants immediate access to your workspace for the trial period. Because access is provided as soon as payment is verified, the ₹99 trial fee is non-refundable. You are under no obligation to subscribe afterwards; simply let the trial expire.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it will not renew for the next period. Refunds for the current period, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us.
One-time licenses
One-time licenses are a single upfront purchase. Refund eligibility depends on the specifics of your purchase; contact us within a reasonable period if there is an issue.
